Ordering & bakery policies
Every item is made fresh to order. These details help us give every order the time and care it deserves.
Ordering+
Orders are first-come, first-served. At least 48 hours’ notice is appreciated for most orders, while larger, personalized, and seasonal orders may need additional notice. Every order is confirmed after availability is verified.
Pickup+
Pickup is by appointment only. You’ll receive instructions with your confirmation. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window or message Nicole if you’re running late.
Payment+
Cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle are accepted. Advance payment may be required for larger or custom orders.
Cancellations+
Orders canceled 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund if prepaid. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may receive a partial refund depending on preparation. Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. Personalized orders are non-refundable once production begins.
Freshness+
For the best flavor and texture, enjoy within 2–3 days and refrigerate if not enjoying the same day. Many baked goods freeze well for up to 2 months.
